This weekend turned out pretty nice. Thanks again to everyone who came out and celebrated the boy's birthday. Major thanks to the best friend for helping decorate the door :). He really liked it. I was doing pretty well keeping the dinner a surprise until I slipped about giving something to a someone that night. Hey, at least I succeeded with the door surprise! Although I think I creeped his family member out :)
Finally had the chance to wear that Matthew Williamson dress from H&M. It went pretty nice with an old school jean jacket and wide black belt. Didn't have the right wristlet/purse but oh well. Thrift store shopping soon? There's a Salvation Army near my house that I really should hit up. I'll do that sometime this week.
Overall, it was a really nice weekend minus the two bruises on my shins - a result of wearing uncomfortable heels and bad walking posture = a trip down the stairs in the main entrance of the hotel. Oh and also the broken camera, one that lasted less than a month.
